| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 19, 2016, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated July 31, 2019. Motion by the respondent to direct the Office of the County Clerk, Suffolk County, to release certain executed instruments filed in the above-entitled action, to obtain a stay of enforcement of the judgment pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(5).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and upon receipt of a certified copy of this decision and order on motion, the Office of the County Clerk, Suffolk County, is directed to release the executed instruments filed in the above-entitled action, to obtain a stay of enforcement of the judgment pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(5).
