Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 5, 2018. Application by the appellants, in effect, to substitute Paulette Thomas, as administrator of the estate of Z.I., for the deceased plaintiff-respondent Z.I., and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Paulette Thomas, as administrator of the estate of Z.I., is substituted for the deceased plaintiff-respondent Z.I., and the caption is amended accordingly.
