An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about November 14, 2018, which granted plaintiff's motion for partial summary judgment on the issue of liability against defendants-appellants, And defendants-appellants having moved for a stay of the trial on damages pending hearing and determination of the aforementioned appeal,And a decision and order of this Court having been entered on March 26, 2020 (Appeal No. 11314) reversing the aforementioned order granting plaintiff's motion for partial summary judgment, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion for a stay is denied as academic.
