of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 19, 2019, and said appeal having been perfected, And 207 Street Owner LLC, 410 West 207th Acquisition LLC, Sherman Creek Development Corporation and Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., having moved for leave to file a brief amicus curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeal (M-1288), And the New York Public Library, Astor, Lenox and Tilden Foundations having moved for leave to file a brief amicus curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeal (M-1334), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motions (M-1288 & M-1334) are granted, and the copies of the amicus curiae briefs submitted with the moving papers on each motion are deemed filed.ENTERED: June 8, 2020
