of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 19, 2019, and said appeal having been perfected, And Member of Congress Adriano Espaillat having moved for leave to file a brief amicus curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeal (M-1889), And New York State Senator Robert Jackson, having moved for leave to file a brief amicus curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeal (M-1892),Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions (M-1889 & M-1892) are granted, and the copies of the amicus curiae briefs submitted with the moving papers on each motion are deemed filed.
