Appeals by Abe James Garcia from two amended orders of the Family Court, Queens County, both dated April 29, 2019, and an order of the same court also dated April 29, 2019.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals from the amended orders dated April 29, 2019, are consolidated with the appeal from the order dated April 29, 2019; it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Amy J. Barrett, dated May 6, 2019, the appellant, who was granted poor person relief and the assignment of counsel with respect to the appeals from the amended orders, also is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal from the order dated April 29, 2019, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to prosecute that appeal:
