Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 5, 2018, and January 10, 2019, respectively. Application by Marie Elena Delprete, as administrator of the estate of Melvin Pearlstein, to be substituted for Mamie Pearlstein, the deceased former administrator of the estate of Melvin Pearlstein, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Marie Elena Delprete, as administrator of the estate of Melvin Pearlstein, is substituted for Mamie Pearlstein, the deceased former administrator of the estate of Melvin Pearlstein, and the caption is amended accordingly.
