Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 22, 2020. Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to confirm that no automatic stay of the subject hearing is in effect pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(1) or, in the alternative, to vacate any automatic stay of enforcement of the order which is in effect pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(1), for an expedited briefing schedule, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
