DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered November 16, 2018, April 15, 2019, and August 20, 2019, respectively, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court entered December 24, 2019. Motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeals and to deem the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders entered November 16, 2018, and April 15, 2019, to also be filed in connection with the appeals from the order entered August 20, 2019, and the order and judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeals are consolidated, the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders entered November 16, 2018, and April 15, 2019, are deemed to also be filed in connection with the appeals from the order entered August 20, 2019, and the order and judgment, and on or before July 15, 2020, the parties shall submit corrected covers for the copies of the record and briefs filed with the Clerk of this Court that add Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2019-11134 and 2020-00690, and file, via NYSCEF, a replacement record and replacement briefs that contain the corrected covers, and the appellant shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, a supplemental record that contains the order entered August 20, 2019, the order and judgment, and the notices of appeal for the order entered August 20, 2019, and the order and judgment, and file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental record in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
