Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered June 7, 2019. Motion by respondent to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the record is inadequate.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, on condition that on or before August 14, 2020, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record that contains the respondent's exhibits 1 through 10 which were admitted into evidence at the framed-issue hearing via NYSCEF, and file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental record in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief via NYSCEF is extended until September 14, 2020, and the respondent shall file an original and five hard copies of the respondent's brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
