Appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated March 1, 2019, and an order of the same court dated July 1, 2019. Motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeals, to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief on the appeal from the judgment, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file the record or appendix on the appeal from the order and the appellant's brief via NYSCEF is extended until July 6, 2020, and the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the record or appendix and the appellant's brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
