Appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 11, 2018, appeal from an order of the same court dated July 3, 2018, appeal from an amended order of the same court dated April 11, 2019, all of which were dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a), and appeal from a judgment of the same court dated May 8, 2019. Motion by Cecelia Johnson pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of the appeals from the orders dated May 11, 2018, and July 3, 2018, and the appeal from the amended order dated April 11, 2019, to extend the time to perfect those appeals, and to consolidate the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
