Delaney, Jr., as administrator of the estate of Princetta Johnson, for the deceased appellant, Princetta Johnson, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Cleveland Delaney, Jr., as administrator of the estate of Princetta Johnson, is substituted for the deceased appellant, Princetta Johnson, and the caption is amended accordingly.
