Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 12, 2019. Motion by the nonparty-appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action and the foreclosure sale of the subject premises pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, without prejudice to renew upon the rescheduling of the foreclosure sale.
