Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 22, 2020. Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to waive certification of the record pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to stay all proceedings is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to waive certification of the record pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) is granted.
