Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated March 27, 2018, and September 19, 2018, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated October 17, 2018. Motion by the respondent to hold the appeals in abeyance pending determination of an action entitled Lauder v Goldhamer, pending in the Supreme Court, Rockland County, under Index No. 31423/2013. Cross motion by the appellant to hold the appeals in abeyance pending determination of a certain motion by the Supreme Court, Rockland County, in the action entitled Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman, P.C., v Ayrovainen, under Index No. 33057/2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
