DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the petitioner for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision, order and judgment of this Court dated November 6, 2019, which, inter alia, determined a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 in the nature of prohibition and mandamus concerning two criminal actions entitled People v Kattis, one commenced in the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, under Indictment No. 1866/16, and the other commenced in the Supreme Court, Nassau County, under Indictment No. 1512/16.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
