Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered March 1, 2017. By decision and order of this Court dated January 15, 2020, the matter was remitted to the Supreme Court, Queens County, to afford the defendant an opportunity to move to vacate his plea of guilty within 60 days after the date of the decision and order, and thereafter for a report to this Court limited to the Supreme Court's findings with respect to whether the defendant has moved to vacate his plea of guilty and whether he has established his entitlement to the withdrawal of his plea, and the appeal was held in abeyance pending receipt of the Supreme Court's report. Motion by the appellant to extend the time to move to vacate the plea of guilty.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's time to move to vacate his plea of guilty is extended until July 20, 2020.
