Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered August 1, 2017. Motion by the appellant pro se to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before August 21, 2020; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
