Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered February 3, 2015, which was determined by a decision and order of this Court dated June 7, 2017. Motion by the appellant, in effect, for leave to reargue his prior application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, the decision and order dated June 7, 2017. The prior application was determined by a decision and order of this Court dated July 24, 2019
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
