DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 10, 2017. Motion by the appellant to amend the caption to change the spelling of the name of the appellant L-T. & T. Enterprise, Inc., to L-T. & L. Enterprise, Inc., to enlarge the record to include three certain documents and to take judicial notice of information contained within three certain documents.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to amend the caption is denied without prejudice to seeking appropriate relief in the Supreme Court, Kings County; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
