Defendant-appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken from orders of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about March 7, 2019 and September 25, 2019, and for a continuation of a stay originally granted by an order of this Court entered on November 22, 2019 (M-7905), and extended by an order of this Court entered on January 21, 2020 (M-8839), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted, and the time in which to perfect the appeals is extended to the October 2020 Term. The stay continued by the order of this Court entered January 21, 2020 (M-8839) is hereby continued pending hearing and determination of the appeals. ENTERED: June 25, 2020
