Appellant Kera R., having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Oswego County, entered October 7, 2019, and October 25, 2019,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that, with respect to the appeals taken from the order of Family Court entered October 7, 2019 (CAF 19-01933), the motion is dismissed on the ground that the appeals were dismissed by orders entered January 31, 2020, and February 5, 2020, and

It is further ORDERED that, with respect to the appeal taken from the order of Family Court entered October 25, 2019 (CAF 19-02162), the motion is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Stephanie N. Davis, Esq., 118 West Van Buren Street, Oswego, New York 13126, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the appeal, and

It is further ORDERED that the Oswego County Family Court Clerk provide Stephanie N. Davis, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and

It is further ORDERED that the transcripts, if any, shall be filed with the Oswego County Family Court Clerk, within 30 days of the date of this order, pursuant to Family Court Act § 1121 (7), and

It is further ORDERED that the record and briefs are to be filed and served within 60 days of the filing of the transcripts with the Oswego County Family Court Clerk.
