Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Christine F. Redfield, Esq., dated March 5, 2020,
It is hereby ORDERED that the dismissal of the appeal is vacated on the condition that the appeal is perfected on or before June 12, 2020, and
It is further ORDERED that Bradley Keem, Esq., 333 E. Onondaga Street, Suite 301, Syracuse, New York 13202-2056, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Oswego County, entered December 11, 2018, in place and stead of Christine F. Redfield, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Oswego County Clerk provide Bradley Keem, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that the appeal may be prosecuted upon one hard copy of the complete record and an original and five hard copies and one digital copy of appellant's brief, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9 (a) (4).
