Respondents having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a respondents' brief on this CPLR article 78 proceeding transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court, Cayuga County, entered July 30, 2019, and to adjourn this proceeding,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a respondents' brief is granted and the time is extended to June 25, 2020, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to adjourn the proceeding is granted to the extent that the proceeding is removed from the term of this Court commencing June 22, 2020, and added to the term of this Court commencing September 9, 2020.
