Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Mark Funk, Esq., dated May 19, 2020, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that Paul B. Watkins, Esq., 115 North Main Street, Fairport, New York 14450, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered March 5, 2020, in place and stead of Mark Funk, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Family Court Clerk provide Paul B. Watkins, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
