Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Merideth Smith, Esq., dated May 11, 2020, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that Kathryn B. Friedman, Esq., PO Box 200, 465 Grant Street, Buffalo, New York 14213, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered October 17, 2019, in place and stead of Timothy P. Donaher, Esq., and

It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Family Court Clerk provide Kathryn B. Friedman, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to August 14, 2020, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
