| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Abraham Chaim Weiss for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Weiss was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on July 26, 2006. By opinion and order of this Court dated December 27, 2017, Mr. Weiss was suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years, commencing January 26, 2018, based on eight charges of professional misconduct.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and the matter is referred to the Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on Abraham Chaim Weiss's character and fitness to practice law.
