| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both dated June 21, 2018, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court, dated August 7, 2019. Motion by the appellant to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 17, 2020.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before July 27, 2020, the appellant shall submit corrected covers for the record and briefs filed with the Clerk of the Court that contain Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-12559, in addition to Appellate Division Docket No. 2018-10280 and 2018-10282, file via NYSCEF digital replacement copies of the record and briefs that contain the corrected covers, and serve and file via NYSCEF a supplemental record containing the order and judgment and the notice of appeal from the order and judgment, and the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental record in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
