| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Administration for Children's Services from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 9, 2020. Motion by the petitioner-appellant to stay enforcement of the order and continue the remand of the subject children to its care and custody, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied on condition that Natasha W. receives in-home services provided by the petitioner-appellant, such as an in-home attendant, an in-home homemaker, and/or visiting nurse services, and that Nathasha W. complies with such in-home services.
