| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated November 13, 2019, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 5, 2020, as no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 6 part 3. Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and to impose a sanction upon the respondent's counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
