Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 29, 2019, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 29, 2020. Motion by the appellants for leave to reargue their prior motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated November 29, 2019, which was determined by the decision and order on motion dated January 29, 2020, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion dated January 29, 2020.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
