Motion by the appellants for leave to reargue their prior motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated November 29, 2019, which was determined by the decision and order on motion dated January 29, 2020, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion dated January 29, 2020.
