Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 14, 2018, and June 26, 2019, respectively. The appeal from the order entered June 26, 2019, was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250(a). Motion by the appellant Ralph Potente pro se, inter alia, to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed as the appellant Ralph Potente is represented by counsel.
