Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 3, 2016, and a judgment of the same court entered April 20, 2017, which were deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 17, 2018, which denied her motion pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of appeals and to extend the time to perfect the appeals, and for leave to renew her prior motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
