Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered November 30, 2018, and purported appeal from an order of the same court dated August 1, 2019. Motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeals. By decision and order on application of this Court dated May 22, 2020, a Justice of this Court denied leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated August 1, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to consolidate the appeals is denied as academic.
