DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered September 24, 2018. Motion by the appellant to be provided with the transcripts of certain proceedings.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 12, 2019, which granted poor person relief to the appellant, is amended to include a direction to the court reporter to make, certify, and file two transcripts of the stenographic minutes of the proceedings which occurred on May 30, 2017, June 1, 2017, June 15, 2017, June 21, 2017, July 6, 2017, August 17, 2017, August 31, 2017, September 7, 2017, October 12, 2017, December 13, 2017, December 19, 2017, January 11, 2018, January 18, 2018, March 5, 2018, March 21, 2018, April 27, 2018, May 29, 2018, June 14, 2018, June 21, 2018, June 28, 2018, July 12, 2018, July 17, 2018, August 2, 2018, August 16, 2018, and August 30, 2018, if they are available, and the Clerk of the trial court is directed to furnish one copy to the appellant's counsel, Thomas T. Keating, 39A Cedar Street, Dobbs Ferry, N.Y. 10522, without charge; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event the stenographer has already prepared a copy of such transcript for a codefendant, then the Clerk of the trial court is directed to reproduce a copy thereof for assigned counsel; and it is further,

ORDERED that assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken, and to deliver the transcript of the stenographic minutes of the proceedings set forth above to the respondent when the transcript is received.
