Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 15, 2019. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to hold the appeal in abeyance pending determination of a certain appeal by the Court of Appeals or, in the alternative, to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to hold the appeal in abeyance is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is denied as unnecessary (see ADM 2020-0610).
