Respondent-appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered December 4, 2018, December 21, 2018, and February 19, 2019,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks relief with respect to the appeal taken from the "Order on Motion #2" (CAF 19-00020) is dismissed on the ground that the appeal was dismissed by order entered April 1, 2019, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise granted, the time to perfect the appeals is extended to August 10, 2020, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
