Appellant having moved, upon the return of an order to show cause granted by the Honorable Tracey A. Bannister on February 14, 2020, for a stay of all proceedings to enforce an order of the Supreme Court, Niagara County, entered December 17, 2019, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken herein, or in the alternative, if the proceeds in question have already been disbursed and paid out, for an order requiring that such proceeds be held in escrow pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken herein,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and all proceedings to enforce the order entered December 17, 2019, are hereby stayed, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken herein.
