Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Ontario County, entered February 20, 2020, and March 4, 2020, and respondent-appellant having applied for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel with respect to the appeal taken from the order entered March 4, 2020,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers in support of the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed on the ground that the orders appealed from are not orders of disposition appealable as of right (see Family Court Act § 1112 [a]), and
It is further ORDERED the application is dismissed.
