On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on application of this Court dated July 1, 2020 (2020 NY Slip Op 68100[U]), in the above-entitled matter, which determined applications pursuant to CPLR 5704(a) to vacate or modify a temporary restraining order contained in an order to show cause of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated June 30, 2020, is amended by (1) deleting from the caption thereof the Index No. "51585/15" and substituting therefor the Index No. "51585/2020," and (2) deleting from the last sentence of first full paragraph on page 6, the words "agent of the plaintiff" and substituting therefor the words "agent of Ms. Trump."
