| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 21, 2018. Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including discovery, pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Separate motion by the respondents to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the record is inadequate or, in the alternative, to direct the appellants to file certain exhibits with this court and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appellants' motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the respondents' motion which is to direct the appellants to file certain exhibits with this court is granted and on or before August 7, 2020, the appellants shall serve the respondents with a copy of the subject audio recordings and file a copy of the subject audio recordings, with proof of service thereof, with the Clerk of this Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' motion is otherwise denied.
