On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 11, 2020, is amended by adding to the first paragraph thereof, following the date "December 14, 2018," the words "and, in effect, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of the appeal pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250(a)."
