Appeals having been taken to this Court from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 24, 2019 and April 23, 2020, same Court and Justice, And defendants-appellants having moved for an order, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10, vacating the dismissal of the appeal taken from the aforementioned July 24, 2019 order, and, upon reinstatement, granting an extension of time to perfect same and consolidating said appeal with the appeal taken from the aforementioned April 23, 2020 order, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted. The appeal taken from the July 24, 2019 order is reinstated and the time to perfect the consolidated appeals is extended to the February 2021 Term. ENTERED: July 9, 2020
