Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 28, 2019. Motion by the appellants, inter alia, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal, to waive oral argument of the appeal, and for an order precluding the respondent from filing a brief or participating in oral argument.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive oral argument of the appeal is denied without prejudice to following the procedure pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.15(e); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied (see 22 NYCRR 1250.15[c][1]).
