| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Application by the appellant for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated June 14, 2017 (People v Powell, 151 AD2d 889), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered May 13, 2013.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 6, 2020, as directed assigned counsel to serve and file a brief in connection with the above-referenced matter on or before a date certain, is amended by deleting therefrom the date "March 23, 2020," and substituting therefor the date "August 10, 2020."
