ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered September 5, 2017. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 10, 2018, the appellants were directed to serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment on or before September 12, 2018. The appellants have failed to file the supplemental record.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties to the appeal are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 10, 2018, by uploading a digital copy of an affidavit or affirmation, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, on or before August 12, 2020; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court or her designee is directed to serve a copy of

this order to show cause upon the parties to the appeal by regular mail.
