DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated January 24, 2018, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated October 24, 2018. Motion by the respondent-appellant pro se for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court dated October 24, 2018, to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute the appeal, and for the assignment of new counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to relieve assigned counsel is denied as unnecessary (see Family Ct Act § 1118); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
