Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, entered January 28, 2019, and an order and judgment of the same court dated October 10, 2018. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order and the order and judgment, and to stay the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is extended, and on or before August 5, 2020, the appellant shall serve the record(s) or appendix(s) and the appellant's brief(s) and upload digital copies of the record(s) or appendix(s) and the appellant's brief(s), with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and file an original and five hard copies of the record(s) or appendix(s) and the appellant's brief(s) in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
