An appeal having been taken from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 26, 2020, And petitioner-appellant having moved to stay arbitration pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal and for a review, pursuant to CPLR 5704, of Supreme Court's April 21, 2020 decision in which it declined to sign petitioner's order to show cause which sought to stay arbitration, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied in its entirety.
